FERS Retirement Eligibility

The Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) is commonly referred to as “the new system”. Many people consider FERS less lucrative than CSRS, but in truth FERS benefits can be just as advantageous if you understand all of the options available to you and work to maximize your benefits.
